Introduction:

SZL series steam generator is the double drum longitudinal type chain grate steam generator. It is designed by our engineer steam with the most advanced technologies domestic and aboard. It can not only generate steam but also can heat water as the media. Compared with the single drum (DZL) series steam generator, the double drum has the powerful heating capacity, high thermal efficiency and safety.

Application:

1.Petroleum and chemical industry, polymerization, melting, condensation, distillation, forced heat preservation.

2.Textile printing and dyeing industry: hot finalize design, thermosol dyeing, baking, calender drying and hot air stenter.

3.Plastic and rubber industry: hot-press, hot-extent, extrusion, calendering, injection, conveyor dryer, etc.

4.Paper industry dry, corrugated paper processing, glue roller, etc.

5.Machinery industry: spray drying of printing, assembly processing, dry cleaning.

6.Food industry: baking bread and baking cookies, cooking pot, autoclave and conveyor dryer.

Performance Advantages:

1.The steam generator absorb the advantage of the fast assembly, compact structure, the boiler room is the single layer layout, convenient for installation, little investment, short period, easy operation.

2.By adjusting the secondary speed air volume, the speed of fuel burning can be accurately controlled and reduce the energy loss.

3.Adopt scale chain grate to achieve mechanized feeding uniformly, combustion is stable and easy to control.

4.Unlikely for tempering, easy for cleaning dust of the steam generator.

5. 20t/h assembly steam generator is made of the front furnace, back furnace, convection bank, economizer and chain grate, and assembly to be the whole set when leave the factory.
