Introduction:

DZL series steam generator is the single drum longitudinal type chain grate steam generator. It can fuel various solid fuels, biomass fuels, such as coal, saw dust, straw, bagasse, etc. It can also set oil and gas as the heating fuel for steam. Thanks to the high heat transfer threaded pipe, the thermal efficiency can be improved up to over 96% compared with other traditional steam generators.

DZL series steam generator can be wildly used in pharmaceutical industry, chemical industry, light industry, textile, building materials, farming, food and beverage, plastics and foam, printing & dyeing and washing, rubber processing, paper making, paper, wood processing, hotels, garment leather, etc.

Performance Advantages:

1.Can achieve the simulation speed combustion, which can largely reduce the risk of explosion.

2.By adjusting the secondary speed air volume, the speed of fuel burning can be accurately controlled and reduce the energy loss
