Introduction
DZL series coal fired steam generator is single drum water tube and fire tube generator, combustion equipment is chain grate. Water wall tubes at left and right sides of furnace are the radiated heating area. the two wings at furnace and screw fire tube in the drum are convection heating area. This coal fired steam generator uses the upper drum, water wall tube and head are in symmetrical arrangement mode. The drum is welded assembly by cylinder and front back tube plate. This furnace structure in reasonable arrangement and high efficiency. This series steam generator adopts several environmental protect measures (bag dust collector, double towers desulfurization, etc.) to meet the national emission requirement.
DZL series coal fired steam generator uses the new scientific achievement, such as arch tube plate, screw fire tube to solve the problem of tube plate flaw, water wall tube explosion, low efficiency, insufficient output, poor adaptability of coal, improve the heat transfer.

1. High Quality Assurance
1) There is a professional design engineer team, before manufacturing, every generator design drawing have to be approved by generator and pressure vessel experts of CSBTS ( State Bureau of Quality Technical Supervision ), and then the generator could be produced only if qualified.

5. Convenient Maintenance
1)The chain grate is convenient for maintenance, it could be repaired without generator shut down.
2)There are manhole, head hole, and special hand hole on the generator, convenient for generator internal installation, inspection and clean.
Combustion Process
The fuels drop down at the front of grate from coal hopper, move with the grate. After dry distillation, combustion, and burnout, the slags fall into slag hopper, and then they are removed outside the generator. Smoke gas and air form a vortex between the front arch and back arch, at the same time, heat the front arch and improve the ignition condition. The exhaust gas flows through smoke window, convection bank, the front smoke chamber, thread smoke tubes, economizer, dust remover in order, and finally discharged into the atmosphere by induced draft fan through chimney.
