Introduction
Biomass fired water tube steam generator is horizontal type double drums water tube generator with high steam quality, the combustion equipment is chain grate. This generator takes several breakthroughs on generator design, such as membrane water cooling wall, low thermal inertia design, and water cooling combustion chamber. This biomass fired steam generator adopts fast assembly or packaged assembly structure, generator with steam capacity lower than 4t/h is fast assembly water tube structure, generator with steam capacity between 6~25t/h is consisted of upper part (heated part) and lower part (combustion equipment). Biomass fired water tube steam generator is wide adaptability of different biomass fuels, such as wood pellet, bagasse, straw, rice husk, coconut shell, cotton seeds, corncob, peanut shell, waste cloth, etc. To avoid coking and improve combustion efficiency, adopts unique double secondary air design, to improve conditions of biomass fuel.

1) There is a professional design engineer team, before manufacturing, every generator design drawing have to be approved by boiler and pressure vessel experts of CSBTS ( State Bureau of Quality Technical Supervision ), and then the boiler could be produced only if qualified.
2) To ensure the raw materials quality, all the steel plates are special-used for boiler with the Inspection Certificates. The raw material materials are inspected when entering factory, and only the qualified material could be put in storage and used for production.

4) The welding quality will be further examined during boiler manufacturing, by using x-ray detection, ultrasonic flaw detection, magnetic test, or penetration test, etc.

The hydrostatic test is done to make sure there are no water drop or water mist leakage appear on steal wall or welding joint, no water leakage appear at the place of expansion, and no obvious residual deformation and abnormal situation.
6) To ensure no problems before boiler delivery, all the raw materials and boilers are supervised and inspected by the experts of Inspection Institution for Boiler and Pressure Vessel. Combustion Process
The front generator body is arranged around with water cooled wall, the upper part is connected with upper drum, the downpart is connected with header, to consist the combustion chamber. To absorb the furnace radiant heat sufficiently, there is intensive convection tube bundle between the upper drum and lower drum.
The straw fuel drops down at the front of grate from fuel hopper, move with the chain grate, after preheat dry distillation, combustion, and burnout, the slag fall into slag hopper, and then removed outside the steam generator. The high temperature smoke gas flow through the convection heating surface, economizer, dust remover in order, and finally discharged into the atmosphere by induced draft fan through chimney.
