DZL Seires Horizontal Boiler

Introduction
Industrial horizontal type coal/biomass boiler has a large furnace, achieves sufficient combustion and excess output. Sitong horizontal boiler realizes almost zero pollution with the use of special dust collector solution, it is honored as Chinese famous brand. The combustion equipment could be chain grate, moving grate, fixed grate and reciprocal grate, (small scale flaker is available), based on different fuel types and customers requirement, Sitong Boiler could design the specific grate individually. The fuel available for the horizontal boiler could be II class bituminous coal, biomass pellet, wood chips, rice hull, bagasse, straw, peanut shell, mustard stalk, cotton stalk, coconut shell, and waste cloth, etc.



Peculiarities of Sitong Industrial Horizontal Boiler
1. By using spirally corrugated tubes, the boiler has excess output. Generally, the actual output is 10~15% higher than it shown on the nameplate.
2. The temperature rise up quickly with high thermal efficiency (83%).
3. Low original emission concentration of smoke, energy saving and environmental protection.
4. The 100% NDT make sure the boiler life span more than 20 years.
5. Based on customers’ requirement, the combustion equipment can be designed as chain grate, moving grate, fixed grate, and reciprocal grate.
6. Sitong Boiler has got CE certificate of the industrial horizontal boilers, also, we can offer SGS, BV inspection.
