SZS Series Oil/Gas Fired Water Tube Boiler

 The boiler structure is arranged as drum longitudinal type “D” shape, it’s quickly assembled or bulk water tube boiler. Combustion sufficiently, environmental protection, convenient operation, compact structure, small floor space and good flame filling degree. The boiler is consisted of the up and lower drum, membrane water cooling wall, convection bank, and condenser. The fuel is burned in the furnace, then the flue gas flow through convection bank and waste heat recovery device, and enter into chimney finally. 
Performance Features

1. The structure of furnace water cooled wall and convection gas pass is membrane wall, have good sealability, and effective reduce refractory brick quantity and maintenance workload.
2. Compact structure, adopt quickly assembled, shorten the installation period.
3. Set up inspection hole on the furnace, convenient for maintain, two anti-explosion door on the furnace top can ensure the safe operation.
4. Boiler insulation layer is high heat resistance material, have good thermal insulation property, and, set up economizer on the boiler tail, it can effectively reduce the exhaust gas temperature, and improve boiler heat efficiency.
5. Enough heating area and steam-water space ensure the stable output.
6. Equipped with full automatic burner, combustion effectively, at the same time, have ignition process control and over pressure, flame out protection.
7. Feed water control is continuous electrical control adjust, have function of water level alarm and interlock protection.
8. Boiler can be installed water spray desuperheater, the feature is sensitive temperature adjust and extensive attemperation.
9. Energy saving condenser in boiler tail can effectively reduce exhaust gas temperature and improve boiler heat efficiency.
