Introduction
Biomass fired chain grate steam boiler is single drum water tube and fire tube boiler, combustion equipment is chain grate. Water wall tubes at left and right sides of furnace are the radiated heating area. the two wings at furnace and screw fire tube in the drum are convection heating area. This boiler uses the upper drum, water wall tube and head are in symmetrical arrangement mode. The drum is welded assembly by cylinder and front back tube plate. This furnace structure in reasonable arrangement and high efficiency. This biomass chain grate boiler adopts several environmental protect measures (bag dust collector, double towers desulfurization, etc.) to meet the national emission requirement.
This boiler uses the new scientific achievement, such as arch tube plate, screw fire tube to solve the problem of tube plate flaw, water wall tube explosion, low efficiency, insufficient output, poor adaptability of different biomass fuel, improve the heat transfer.

Combustion Process
The biomass fuel drop down at the front of grate from fuel hopper, move with the chain grate, after preheat dry distillation, combustion, and burnout, the slag fall into slag hopper, and then removed outside the boiler. Smoke gas mix with air sufficient and form a vortex between the front arch and back arch, at the same time, it heats the front arch and improve the ignition condition. The exhaust gas enter into the convection bank through the smoke window at the upper of arch, then enter into thread smoke tube through the front smoke chamber, finally discharged into the atmosphere by induced draft fan through chimney after passing economizer and dust remover.
