When selecting gas boiler room location, gas type, boiler capacity, operating pressure, supply and return water temperature, the system, building types and other factors should be considered.
Gas boiler room should be designed in accordance with current national norms. If there are local standards, take into account them.
Gas boiler room should be set in separate buildings above the ground. If the condition is limited, gas boiler room must be connected with the main building or set up in the basement or in the main building, semi-basement, first floor, top and middle floor. This shall be approved by the local fire, safety supervision and environmental protection departments.
It is forbidden that gas boiler room is directly set on the crowded room gathered a lot of people (such as public bathrooms, classrooms, auditorium, shops, restaurants, waiting rooms, etc.) or at above, below, next to these places or sides of main emergency.

If the boiler needs be set in the basement, middle or top layer of multi-layer or high-rise buildings due to limited conditions, it should be approved by related institution. In addition, the following requirements should be met:
each boiler’s rated evaporation amount not exceeding 4t/h, rated vapor pressure does not exceed 1.6MPa.
must be oil gas fired or electric heating boiler.
the pipe line supplying the fuel is connected by backing weld.
