Introduction of Sitong Hot Oil Boiler
Hot oil boiler is a kind of safe and energy saving boiler with working characteristics of low pressure (1.1 MPa) and high temperature (350℃). The heat carrier is hot oil (heat conduction oil/heat transfer oil), the circulating pump force heat transfer medium circulating in liquid phrase, and transfer heat to heat user equipment, then return to the heating furnace for reheating. Because of working in liquid state, the vertical type coal/biomass fired thermal fluid heater is safe and reliable.
What is Hot Oil?
Hot oil has a high boiling point, it usually used for the industries that need the temperature of 150~350℃, to instead of steam. The hot oil has the advantages of high transfer efficiency, fast heat transfer, and good thermal stability.
As the heat-transfer medium, hot oil has the characteristics of:
1.Achieve high operation temperature (320℃), under the low working pressure (0.8 Mpa).
2.Decrease the working pressure of high temperature heating system, improve safety and stability of system and equipment.
3.Fit for process requirement on wider temperature range.
