Customer from Nigeria need a palm kernel shell boiler with steam capacity 5 tonne, the boiler will be used for his new factory. We picked up the customer from Zhengzhou Airport, and took him to the manufacture base directly.

The customer know very well about boilers, so he check the boiler structure and quality carefully. The 5ton palm kernel shell boiler is equipped with chain grate, the grate has high automatic degree, could feed fuel automatically, save labor cost. Except palm kernel shell boiler, the chain grate boiler could also burn other types solid fuel, such as coal, wood pellet, bagasse, rice husk, straw, coconut shell, cotton seeds, etc.

The boiler water wall tubes at left and right sides of furnace are the radiated heating area. the two wings at furnace and screw fire tube in the drum are convection heating area. This boiler uses the upper drum, water wall tube and head are in symmetrical arrangement mode. The drum is welded assembly by cylinder and front back tube plate. This furnace structure is in reasonable arrangement and high efficiency, also, it adopts unique double secondary air design to improve the high combustion efficiency.

After checking, the customer is very satisfied with the palm kernel shell boiler. However, he is worry about the factory space whether the boiler is suitable. As the customer hasn’t decide the other manufacture equipment types, we suggests him to chose all the equipment he need, and then, our engineer could help to design the boiler room base on customers’ factory drawing and actually residual space.
