The client from Pakistan who purchased our thermal oil boiler for his sesame factory. According to their factory video we designed and supplied a good scheme which can maximize the interests of customers. 4200KW YLW thermal oil boiler satisfied the client, as the boiler is fit for his needs, and the series thermal oil boiler has the following characteristics.
1. Strong adaptability of different fuels. According to the different nature of the solid fuel, furnace can be design individually .
2. Cubic tube combustion chamber, large fuel combustion space, complete combustion, high thermal efficiency, stable and enough output.
3. The convection section coil is made by serpentine, good performance of radiation coil thermal expansion, low stress, safe and reliable.
4. Perfect automatic control measures precision control on outlet oil temperature , multiple protection and control are set on medium temperature, pressure and smoke temperature to ensure safe and reliable operation.
5. Boiler controller adopts Siemens/delixi electric components, reliable in performance.
