At present, Chia Tai Group's feed business covers multiple fields including pigs, poultry, ruminants, and aquatic products, with pig, poultry, and egg poultry feed as the main products. The annual output is stable between 1-1.1 million tons, of which 60% is direct sales of bulk materials that fully demonstrate the company's deep service capabilities for large-scale farms. At the end of 2024, Chia Tai Group's feed project faced capacity expansion, and the production of feed required the use of steam heating generated by boilers. Chia Tai Group's procurement manager ordered a 10 ton WNS series gas fired steam boiler from Sitong boiler by recommendation of feed industry peers. Sitong boiler's technicians recommended the 10 ton of WNS series natural gas fired steam boiler, which is equipped with a condenser at the rear of the boiler on the basis of the large amount of waste heat generated during the heating process of feed production. The residual heat in the exhaust gas from the tail of the boiler can be utilized to increase the inlet water temperature of the boiler, reduce the exhaust gas temperature, improve the thermal efficiency of the boiler, and save operating costs for Chia Tai Group's feed production.
