This process has a longer drying time, but the dough is more delicate with less oil content and a lighter taste compared to fried instant noodles, which is beneficial to human health. This process requires the use of a steam boiler and a cooking pot to complete. The high-temperature heat source produced by the steam boiler is used to provide heat to the cooking pot. Normally, the temperature only needs to reach 100 degrees Celsius. They need to be placed in a specialized mold for shaping after cooking the noodles.
