Due to its unique geographical location, Mongolia's urban centralized heating system has formed a pattern dominated by boiler rooms and cogeneration with other heat sources as auxiliary. The proportion of boiler rooms in urban centralized heating has been increasing year by year. At present, the energy used for centralized heating in the country is still mainly coal. A Mongolian enterprise mainly engaged in heat production and supply has purchased a 5.6-ton DZL series coal fired hot water boiler from Sitong boiler to meet its growing energy demand. This boiler has been selected by customers for its advanced technology and reliable performance, and has a wide range of fuel adaptability. It adopts a chain grate independently produced by Sitong boiler, which can promote the full combustion of different types of coal, improve the combustion utilization rate of the boiler, and save certain fuel costs. In addition, Sitong boiler can reasonably select corresponding furnace arches and furnaces based on the combustion characteristics of different types of coal, and combine them with reasonable air conditioning devices to further improve the combustion efficiency of the boiler, increasing the overall thermal efficiency of the boiler to over 82%. Finally, we also equip with the dust removal and desulfurization devices at the rear of the boiler to reduce the emission of harmful gases, enabling the boiler to meet local environmental standards and solve users' concerns about environmental pollution.
