In the operation of waste heat boiler from Sitong boiler, the company’s ow waste heat utilization technology has also achieved “icing on the cake” for efficiency flue gas recovery.  The waste heat boiler equipment purchased by the enterprise is a sintering waste heat power boiler used in the iron and steel industry. The waste heat required comes from converters, sintering lines, heating furnaces, etc. The specific waste heat is divided into steam generated intermittently in the converter vaporization cooling flue, hot air generated by the cooler, high-temperature flue gas at the tail of the sintering machine, vaporization cooling system of the support beam in the heating furnace and high-temperature flue gas in the flue, etc. According to customer feedback, the waste heat power generation of the steel plant can use almost all the waste gas, and the waste heat utilization rate is very high.
